Katie Young is a writer and occasional zombie movie ‘supporting artiste’. She also works in kids’ TV but wishes she were a rock star. She has had various short stories published by Ether Books, many of which were written for performance at the Are You Sitting Comfortably? events run by White Rabbit, and has had work featured in anthologies from Collaboration of the Dead Press, Angelic Knight Press, Indigo Mosaic, Song Stories Press, Static Movement and Fox Spirit Books. Her story, Atelic, was shortlisted for the 2010 Writers’ & Artists’ Year Book short fiction prize. Katie also writes TV and film reviews, most recently for FilmDebate, A Place to Hang Your Cape, The Cult Den, and Haddonfield Horror. Her first novel, The Other Lamb is out now, and she is currently writing a new book about twins, lightning, and dancing bears.

She lives in South East London in a wonky and seldom-dusted little house with her partner, an angry cat, and too many books.
