We would like to welcome  Katie Newman to the Leeds event!

Katie lives in a small village near Bath with her partner Austin, three children, two cats and noise levels that can be heard in space!

Having enjoyed university life in Stoke on Trent studying Film, Television and Radio she then dabbled in a variety of careers before achieving the life-long ambition of being an author.

Katie has successfully self-published her first two novels and is now enthusiastically working on novel number three.

In the back of her mind is still the hope of a record deal but sadly she remains unable to sing!

We would like to welcome  K.L Jessop to the Leeds event!

Kate has lived in South West England her entire life just on the edge of Dartmoor where the moorland goes on for days. It’s beautiful, breathtaking and occasionally rather wet.

Growing up, writing was never her course of direction as she disliked everything about it due to being dyslexic. However, over time she got back into reading/writing and fell in love with adult romances.
Then one day two characters etched their way into her mind and didn’t show any signs of leaving – the rest is history.

Kate loves anything creative, her college years were spent in the art room, she has numerous qualifications in advanced nail art and as well as writing her passion is photography.

She probably swear’s way more than she should and must be the only woman in history to hate clothes shopping. I know, right?!

We would like to welcome  Alice Raine to the Leeds event!

Where to start? I’m really a lot more boring and normal than my books might suggest.

It may disappoint some to know that I’ve never had an illicit affair with a domineering pianist, nor have I ever met or dated a man who frequented sex clubs in London. I have however always had an overactive imagination, which may in part explain where my stories come from! My books may be fiction, but the setting of London was a deliberate choice, I was born and raised in London and as such it holds a special place in my heart which I hope comes across in my writing. Some of my best times have been spent with friends wandering the markets of Camden or sipping beers in Covent Garden.

I moved to Manchester to study, where I ended up living for over ten years. Originally I qualified as an archaeologist, but I soon realised that jobs in that sector were minimal and decided to put my enthusiasm to use by becoming a teacher. Now I split my time between teaching, and engaging my wildly over active imagination by writing. Currently I’m living abroad spending my days exploring, teaching and writing. Where ever I find myself I live with my ever suffering, but hugely supportive husband, our dog and a crazy half-wild cat who keeps the whole household on its toes.

Music is a huge influence in my writing, I listen to everything from Snow Patrol and Linkin Park to Evanescence and REM, in fact, those of you with a good memory for lyrics might even spot one or two lines popping up in my writing as you read. I enjoys writing a wide range of genres including comical real life stories and youth paranormal fantasy, but my first published novels are the adult themed trilogy series ‘Untwisted.’

We would like to welcome H A Robinson to the Leeds event!

H. A. Robinson is a jet-setting billionaire with a home on each continent, who spends her free time saving kittens from trees and babies from burning buildings. A graduate of Hogwarts and a frequent visitor to Narnia, she drinks coffee in Central Perk and tames dragons on Westeros.

In her dreams…

In reality, she’s a support worker living in a small town in Cheshire, who would almost always choose fantasy over reality. She’s been an obsessive reader from the moment she picked up her first Enid Blyton book, more years ago than she cares to admit, and enjoys nothing more than getting lost in new worlds and adventures from the minds of all the amazing authors out there.

She’s had the voices of characters in her head for as long as she can remember, and puts them down on paper in order to convince herself and the men in white coats that she isn’t crazy.

We would like to welcome Muriel Garcia to the Leeds signing!

Muriel Garcia was born and raised in Belgium. She started writing a little over a year ago and never thought she would ever publish; reading and writing weren’t her favorite things to do in high school.

After one of her friends gave her a challenge – the next time they would attend a book signing, she would be a signing author (it did happen!) – she started to take writing a lot more seriously and never looked back. She’s enjoyed every second of it and the friends she’s made along the way.

She loves music, tattoos—especially on hot men, traveling, and cooking. She has always had an overly imaginative and creative mind but never thought of putting words to paper. Now she couldn’t imagine not writing stories that are near and dear to her heart.

Can can find Muriel here:

So very pleased that Muriel will be back in Leeds!

We would like to welcome Grace Harper to the Leeds event!

Grace Harper is a British author who loves to write about strong women and the friends and lovers who make them stronger. She adores writing steamy scenes of first encounters and there is always a little twist along the way.

When Grace is not writing, she can be found mooching about in stationery stores, dreaming up tattoo designs or teasing her friends until everyone is in fits of giggles. Grace might have a Maltesers addiction but is not ready to stand up and own that just yet.

If you want to get in touch, please do, Grace is pretty laid back and friendly.

So pleased Grace will be with us in Leeds!

We would like to welcome Rachel De Lune to the Leeds event!

Rachel De Lune writes emotionally driven contemporary romance.

She began scribbling  her stories in the pages of a notebook several years ago and never considered it would be the start to the adventure she’s currently on. Today, she’s still scribbling stories of dominance and submission and is thrilled to have her stories out in the world.

Rachel lives in the South West of England and daydreams about shoes – you know the ones with the red soles! lingerie and chocolate. She is a wife and has a beautiful daughter. She finds it particularly funny when she’s scribbling her steamy scenes to the sound track of My Little Pony on the TV. She would love to give up her day job to devote more time to her scribbles.

For every woman who’s ever desired more.

You can find Rachel here:

Looking forward to welcoming Rachel to Leeds!

We would like to welcome Anna-Maria Athanasiou to the Leeds signing!

Anna-Maria Athanasiou is originally from Leeds but now living in Cyprus, hadn’t even told her husband of 23 years, Marios, that she was penning the book.

‘I’m not a writer by profession and I felt a bit embarrassed to tell people that I thought I could write a book. My husband works nights so I would write when I was on my own in the evenings or before he got up in the morning.’
Anna-Maria Athanasiou has had her first novel published after penning it without telling anyone

Anna-Maria said she’s always had a ‘big imagination’ and had thought about writing a novel for years after getting an idea for a story. She would often scribble down notes and ideas when she was out and about so that various plot threads and conversations between characters ended up being written on any scraps of paper she had handy at the time.

She describes her book, called Waiting For Summer, as ‘erotic but romantic’ fiction, saying it contains sex scenes to satisfy Fifty Shades Of Grey fans while having an engaging plot to keep readers hooked on the storyline as well.
The book is set in Limassol, Cyprus, and tells the tale of Sylvie Sapphiris whose perfect life is shattered when she discovers her husband is having an affair
It is set in the author’s home town of Limassol in Cyprus and tells the tale of Sylvie Sapphiris whose seemingly perfect life is thrown into chaos by the discovery of her husband’s infidelity and follows her subsequent whirlwind romance with a much younger man.

Waiting For Summer is available now from book shops and You can also visit the Facebook page at

Very pleased Anna-Maria we be back with us in Leeds!
